Conflict Coaching supports individuals in dealing constructively with everyday conflict. A Conflict Coach offers a one-to-one, confidential and impartial process that helps someone to explore the conflict situation, understand more about what’s affecting them and think through different ways of responding.
This two-day skills-based training will:
Explore conflict in the context of neighbour disputes;
Provide an understanding of conflict coaching as a distinct practice within the mediation framework;
Introduce coaching and the MESH approach to conflict coaching;
Develop your coaching skills.
Following successful completion of both training days, you can also choose to undertake supervised practice as a Conflict Coach with MESH.
Rosie Carnall trained as a mediator over twenty years ago and has continued to develop her mediation, training and coaching skills in a variety of practitioner and management roles ever since.
Note: These sessions will run from 9:30am-4:00pm on 10 October and 17 October.
