It allows people to resolve disputes in a more open and amicable way, helping those in dispute minimise conflict and come to an understanding.
Managers and leaders can be trained in mediation skills to help them facilitate communication in their teams where relationships have broken down, and build understanding to find ways of achieving solutions that suit all sides.
Mediation training can take place at your place of work, at MESH’s own venue or online.
Each half day session can train up to 8 people in a group.
